Turing Pi 1 board with CM4

Hello community,

Maybe this will sound like a stupid question but can someone point me or give an advise.

When I'm starting a CM4 on my TP1 board I can see two ethernet interfaces eth0 and enxe45f0162358b, using dhclient I can get an IP on enxe45f0162358b but eth0 stays disconnected - DOWN and no way I can make it UP even with second CM4 in next slot.

I'm I missing something obvious here? please help
